Common questions

Before you send your robot.

Still unsure? Send us a photo and a short description. We’ll point you in the right direction.

Ask for advice →
Is my robot vacuum worth repairing?+

Often, yes. Batteries, wheels, motors, brushes and sensors are commonly replaceable. We assess the fault and give you a clear quote before any paid work starts.

How long does a repair take?+

Most repairs are completed in 3–7 business days once approved and parts are available. We will let you know if a specialist part may take longer.

Do you repair robots that are out of warranty?+

Yes. Out-of-warranty robot vacuum repair is a core part of our service.

Can I mail my robot from outside Melbourne?+

Yes. Customers anywhere in Australia can send their robot to us. We will provide packing and shipping instructions after reviewing your quote request.

What should I send with the robot?+

Usually the robot, charging dock and power adaptor are enough. Keep loose accessories unless we ask for them.

How do I pay?+

Payment is due after the repair is completed and before collection or return shipping. Available payment methods are confirmed with your quote.
